Merrion Cricket Club - A Rich History
Merrion Cricket Club was founded in 1906 and has been at its present location in Anglesea Road since 1908. As a Junior Club member, Merrion was a founder member of the Leinster Cricket Union in 1919 and in 1926 was promoted to the Senior ranks. It has taken part in the LCU Senior Competitions ever since.
Over the last hundred years the club has gone from strengh to strengh and has become the most diverse club in Leinster cricket .
Merrion CC has joined forces with primary club sponsor Avitor AV & IT to generate funds to continue the growth of Merrion CC.
