Participants can join a session from any location using a QR code, link or browser. After joining, they can view every action live as the presenter writes and draws on the Newline display. The host can grant editing permissions so participants can contribute their own notes, drawings or images.

Each contribution is marked with a unique nickname to maintain clarity and structure. Sessions can be protected with a password, the number of participants can be defined and the session can be managed by one or several moderators. This creates an engaging and accessible environment for hybrid learning, workshops and remote teamwork.
